Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is LetShield GDPR compliant?
Yes. LetShield is built with GDPR compliance at its core. All data is stored in UK-based AWS infrastructure, and we provide full data processing agreements (DPAs) for all plans.
How quickly can we go live?
Most customers are fully operational within two weeks. Enterprise deployments with custom integrations typically take 3–4 weeks.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You retain full access to your compliance records and audit trail for 90 days after cancellation. We provide a full data export in standard formats before account closure.
